You might hit an issue with the software, with your design, or with your data.

But with a Ffenics Support Contract, you can rest assured that help is at hand.

We currently support dozens of Ffenics customers. We're an email, and if necessary, a phone call away. And if you allow us a direct connection to your server, we could directly resolve your issue in a few hours.

Our team has between them just about the largest experience of anyone in matters DataEase and Ffenics. We strive to respond within 24 hours, and faster if you need it.

Ffenics and Application Support

We offer two levels of Annual Support Contracts.

  • Ffenics Support, priced at £1,000 + VAT per annum, is aimed at helping you with general issues.
  • With Application Support, priced at £1,750 + VAT per annum per named application, we undertake to get involved with the specifics of your business requirement.

With either option, we also strive to offer more than just support. We will mentor and advice on best practices both with Ffenics and with application building in general.

Support is supplied in the UK, and generally during reasonable office hours. Non-UK contracts can be taken up on the understanding that our working hours may not correspond to yours. Of course, the time difference is often a benefit. New York clients may email us a problem when they leave the office at the end of the day; we have a five hour head-start to build a solution before they get into work the next day.

There is a grey line between support and the need for either consultancy or training. We reserve the right to decide when that line has been crossed, and to make alternative suggestions for other services that may serve you better.
